SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS QUICKLY & DISCREETLY:
Our minimum shipping charge is $5.95 and based on the weight of the shipment, goes up from there. Free shipping for orders over $100.
Your order will be processed Monday through Friday. (If you order on the weekend, we will ship your order on Monday.) Orders received by 11:00 am Pacific Time will be processed the same day if we have all of your products in stock.
We will notify you by email or telephone if we have to backorder any of your items or if we have to make a partial shipment. All shipments within the continental U.S. will ship by GROUND unless you request 2 Day Air and agree to the additional 2 Day Air fee. (We are ALWAYS very discreet when we email you or call you and will just leave a message to contact us at our number and will not leave any details on your voicemail or in your email.)
If you are requesting 2 Day Air and have placed your order before 11:00 am Pacific Time, we will ship it the same day via 2 Day Air. There is an additional $10.95 Shipping and Handling charge for 2 Day Air shipments.

ALASKA & HAWAII:
We require a street address to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We can only ship by air to both states, so please select that method and you will have to pay the additional $10.95.
RETURNS:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and not refundable. In the event of damaged or missing shipments, please notify us at 1-800-635-8885 within 3 days of receipt.
To guarantee proper credit to your account, please contact Magical Moments for a Return Authorization Numberbefore you return anything to Magical Moments. We cannot guarantee proper credit unless you include the RMA with the return package. We expect the RMA package from you within 14 days of receiving the RMA from us.
